Cost reduction through innovation and Reporting
The greatest cost reduction that can be gained in any organisation is from improvements around business process automation and data / content management. MediTech would look to engage with business process owners within key departments to review some of the business challenges they are facing. Utilising our internal expertise with stock and inventory management we will assist your members with solutions to save time, increase productivity and revenue. MediTech will work with your pharmacies to determine reporting requirements for stock control and expiry management. We will conduct review meetings as an opportunity to discuss high level stock control issues such as future trends, product expiry, process improvement and cost reduction strategies.
